v0.1.2 Release

In this update, a big focus was on tier-ing items. This helps us add more structure to balance, as well as understanding the pacing of the game/story a bit better. We are so close to our first venture out of the depths and into Aria, and if you are able to obtain a particularly difficult item in this update, you'll be well on your way to getting there!
